Logan is a county in Illinois. It was formed in 1839 from the following county/ies: Sangamon. Logan began keeping birth records in 1878, marriage records in 1857, and death records in 1878. It began keeping land records in 1829, probate records in 1855, and court records in 1857. For more information, contact the county at P.O. Box 278, Lincoln 62656.
