Fulton is a county in Illinois. It was formed in 1823 from the following county/ies: unorganized (Pike). Fulton began keeping birth records in 1878, marriage records in 1824, and death records in 1878. It began keeping land records in 1817, probate records in 1827, and court records in 1824.
