Boone is a county in Illinois. It was formed in 1837 (1837) from the following county/ies: Winnebago/*Jo Daviess. Boone began keeping birth records in 1877, marriage records in 1838, and death records in 1877. It began keeping land records in 1838, probate records in 1840, and court records in 1838.
