Christian is a county in Illinois. It was formed in 1839 from the following county/ies: Montgomery/Sangamon/Dane. Christian began keeping birth records in 1877, marriage records in 1839, and death records in 1877. It began keeping land records in 1828, probate records in 1839, and court records in 1839.
