This form type is for the back of the photographs which look like cards. They contain handwritten information that includes the soldier's name, and sometimes other information such as a residence or military information. Soldiers' names should be keyed from this form type, as well as residence information when available.

Key any titles before the given name, such as "Dr", "Rev", or "Mr" using the provided drop-down list for assistance. Military ranks such as captain, corporal, private, etc. should be keyed as a prefix. If a prefix does not appear in a dictionary then key the prefix as seen. Do not expand abbreviated prefixes; simply key them as seen.
