Choose the "Packet" form type for images that are of cover pages. A cover page is typically in landscape orientation and will often have four creases or folds in equal proportions across the page that form columns for typed or written infromation. Some packets have information in one or more of the "columns," but some have no writing at all, with the exception of the file number.

File Number

Key the file number as seen on the record. Do not zero pad the file number. File number is typically a stamped number located somewhere at the top of the image. If there is no file number located on the image, you may leave this field blank. Because file number is so important, you will be required to override the file number if it is left blank.
