Williams is a county in Ohio. It was formed in 1820 (1824) from the following county/ies: Darke/Shelby *Wood. Williams began keeping birth records in 1867, marriage records in 1824, and death records in 1867. It began keeping land records in 1824, probate records in 1825, and court records in 1824.
