Warren is a county in North Carolina. It was formed in 1779 from the following county/ies: Bute. Warren began keeping birth records in 1914, marriage records in 1779, and death records in 1914. It began keeping land records in 1764, probate records in 1763, and court records in 1769. For more information, contact the county at P.O. Box 619, Warrenton 27589-0619.
