Vance is a county in North Carolina. It was formed in 1881 from the following county/ies: Granville/Franklin/Warren. Vance began keeping birth records in 1913, marriage records in 1881, and death records in 1913. It began keeping land records in 1849, probate records in 1881, and court records in 1881.
