Saline is a county in Nebraska. It was formed in 1855 (1867) from the following county/ies: original. Saline began keeping birth records in , marriage records in 1866, and death records in . On the attached map, Saline is located at J6. *Originally named Johnston when created in 1855 from organized lands. Absorbed into Saline County in 1856.
