Owen is a county in Kentucky. It was formed in 1819 from the following county/ies: Scott/Franklin/Gallatin/Pendleton. Owen began keeping birth records in 1852, marriage records in 1819, and death records in 1852. It began keeping land records in 1819, probate records in 1819, and court records in 1819.
