Montgomery is a county in Missouri. It was formed in 1818 from the following county/ies: St. Charles. Montgomery began keeping birth records in , and marriage records in 1864. It began keeping land records in 1889, and probate records in 1889. For more information, contact the county at Montgomery City 63361. On the attached map, Montgomery is located at D6. Courthouse burned 1864, 1901; copies of the original early deeds are at Jones Abstract Company in Montgomery City. State census 1876.
