Monroe is a county in Missouri. It was formed in 1831 from the following county/ies: Ralls. Monroe began keeping birth records in 1883'85, marriage records in 1831, and death records in 1883'85. It began keeping land records in 1831, probate records in 1832, and court records in 1831. For more information, contact the county at 300 N. Main Paris 65275.
