Missaukee is a county in Michigan. It was formed in 1840 (1871) from the following county/ies: Mackinac *Manistee/*Grand Traverse/*Wexford. Missaukee began keeping birth records in 1870, marriage records in 1871, and death records in 1870. It began keeping land records in 1871, probate records in 1871, and court records in 1872.
