Marion is a county in West Virginia. It was formed in 1842 from the following county/ies: Monongalia/Harrison. Marion began keeping birth records in 1860, marriage records in 1842, and death records in 1842. It began keeping land records in 1842, probate records in 1842, and court records in 1842.
