Maries is a county in Missouri. It was formed in 1855 from the following county/ies: Osage/Pulaski. Maries began keeping birth records in 1883'84, marriage records in 1869, and death records in 1883 only. It began keeping land records in 1855, probate records in 1866, and court records in 1866. For more information, contact the county at 211 Fourth St. Vienna 65582. On the attached map, Maries is located at F5. Courthouse burned 1868.
