Lincoln is a county in Nebraska. It was formed in 1860 from the following county/ies: (as Shorter; renamed 1866)unorganized. Lincoln began keeping birth records in , marriage records in 1862, and death records in . It began keeping land records in 1868, probate records in 1868, and court records in 1866.
