Lawrence is a county in Ohio. It was formed in 1815 (1817) from the following county/ies: Gallia/Scioto. Lawrence began keeping birth records in 1864, marriage records in 1817, and death records in 1867. It began keeping land records in 1818, probate records in 1846, and court records in 1817.
