Knox is a county in Kentucky. It was formed in 1800 from the following county/ies: Lincoln. Knox began keeping birth records in 1852, marriage records in 1800, and death records in 1852. It began keeping land records in 1800, probate records in 1803, and court records in 1800. For more information, contact the county at 401 Court Sq., Barbourville 40906-1463.
