Knott is a county in Kentucky. It was formed in 1884 from the following county/ies: Perry/Breathitt/Floyd/Letcher. Knott began keeping birth records in 1911, marriage records in 1884, and death records in 1911. It began keeping land records in 1883, probate records in 1891, and court records in 1888.
