Isle of Wight is a county in Virginia. It was formed in 1637 from the following county/ies: Warrosquyoake. Isle of Wight began keeping birth records in 1853, marriage records in 1771, and death records in 1853. It began keeping land records in 1636, probate records in 1636, and court records in 1746.
