Huron is a county in Michigan. It was formed in 1840 (1859) from the following county/ies: Sanilac *St. Clair/*Tuscola. Huron began keeping birth records in 1867, marriage records in 1867, and death records in 1867. It began keeping land records in 1837, probate records in 1861, and court records in 1867.
