Garrard is a county in Kentucky. It was formed in 1797 from the following county/ies: Madison/Lincoln/Mercer. Garrard began keeping birth records in 1789, marriage records in 1797, and death records in 1852. It began keeping land records in 1797, probate records in 1797, and court records in 1797.
