Floyd is a county in Kentucky. It was formed in 1800Fleming/Mason/Montgomery from the following county/ies: Fleming/Mason/Montgomery. Floyd began keeping birth records in 1852, marriage records in 1803, and death records in 1854. It began keeping land records in 1806, probate records in 1812, and court records in 1808.
