Membership is available to lineal and collateral female descendants of the commissioned officers of the Regular and Volunteer Forces of the United States of America during the Civil War, who were eligible to membership in the Military Order of the Loyal Legion of the United States.  Also eligible are the mothers, wives and widows of MOLLUS Companions.
