Cumberland is a county in Kentucky. It was formed in 1799 from the following county/ies: Green. Cumberland began keeping birth records in 1852, marriage records in 1799, and death records in 1852. It began keeping land records in 1799, probate records in 1815, and court records in 1820. For more information, contact the county at P.O. Box 275, Burkesville 42717-0275.
