Cooper is a county in Missouri. It was formed in 1818 from the following county/ies: Howard. Cooper began keeping birth records in 1883'94, marriage records in 1819, and death records in |1883'89. It began keeping land records in 1819, probate records in 1819, and court records in 1821. For more information, contact the county at 200 Main St. Boonville 65233.
