Carroll is a county in Maryland. It was formed in 1837 from the following county/ies: Baltimore/ Frederick. The first land deed in Carroll was recorded in 1837. Orphan Court records begin in 1837. The Mailing address of the court's clerk and register of wills is 55 N. Court St., Rm. 104, Westminster 21157. For more information, contact the circuit county clerk at 55 N. Court St., Rm. G-8, P.
