Boyd is a county in Kentucky. It was formed in 1860 from the following county/ies: Carter/Lawrence/Greenup. Boyd began keeping birth records in 1859, marriage records in 1860, and death records in 1859. It began keeping land records in 1860, probate records in 1860 (wills), and court records in 1860.
