Ballard is a county in Kentucky. It was formed in 1842 from the following county/ies: Hickman/McCracken. Ballard began keeping birth records in 1853, marriage records in 1853, and death records in 1853. It began keeping land records in 1842, probate records in 1842, and court records in 1842.
