Allen is a county in Indiana. It was formed in 1824 from the following county/ies: Delaware New Purchase/unorganized. Allen began keeping birth records in 1882, marriage records in 1824, and death records in 1870. It began keeping land records in 1824, probate records in 1825, and court records in 1824.
