Albany is a town in Carroll county, New Hampshire. It was formed in 1766 and has gone by the following other name/s: Burton. Its parent county/ies is/are Grafton/Strafford. For more information, contact the county at 1972 Rt. 16, Conway 03818. On the attached map, Albany is shown as 6 in Carroll . Originally in Grafton County until 1810, then in Strafford until Carroll was created.
