Yakima is a county in Washington. It was formed in 1865 from the following county/ies: Ferguson. Yakima began keeping birth records in 1890, marriage records in 1877, and death records in 1896. It began keeping land records in 1882, probate records in 1874, and court records in 1882. For more information, contact the county at 128 N. Second St., Yakima 98901-2639.
