Project Instructions
This collection contains a vaccination register for those born in Newport Pagnell between 1909-1927.

From this collection we are keying name, birth date, gender, father's name, mother's name, registry date, and death date.

There is only one column for parent's names. In most cases it will list the name of the father, however, occasionally in the case of an illegitimate child, it will list the name of the mother. Please separate the names into the appropriate fields. You can use the name of the parent and occupation as a guide. Women's occupations are typically listed as housekeepers or domestic servants. The "To Whom given" column is not an indication of if the name is the mother or the father and should not be used as a guide.

The surname of the child should be keyed from the parent's surname. Gender should be keyed as "Male" or "Female" depending on whether "Boy" or "Girl" appears in the "Sex" column.
