Project instructions This collection contains various records from the New Mexico State Archives including governor's papers, military and legislative records, judicial proceedings and other miscellaneous documents.

The majority of images will have no records to key and should be labeled as "Cover page" form types.

Name list form types will have a list of names and possibly header information containing the record city. If a city is present in the header, it should be copied down to the proceeding records on the image. If the records span several pages, copy the city down through until either the records end, or a new city appears.

Passport form types will contain the keyword "Pasaporte." These images often have several names to key with "Pasaporte" heading each new record. This keyword is often difficult to discern on the record, but usually appears on the right of the image.
