Warren is a county in Pennsylvania. It was formed in 1800 from the following county/ies: Allegheny/Lycoming. The earliest land deed in Warren was recorded in 1819. The earliest wills begin in 1820. Attached to Crawford County until 1805 and then to Venango, Warren was formally organized in 1819.
