Stafford is a county in Virginia. It was formed in 1664 from the following county/ies: Westmoreland. Stafford began keeping birth records in 1853, marriage records in 1854, and death records in 1853. It began keeping land records in 1686, probate records in 1664, and court records in 1664. For more information, contact the county at P.O. Box 339 Stafford 22554-0339.
