Sioux is a county in North Dakota. It was formed in 1914 from the following county/ies: Standing Rock Res.. Sioux began keeping birth records in 1902*, marriage records in 1916, and death records in 1902*. It began keeping land records in 1915, probate records in 1915, and court records in 1915. For more information, contact the county at P.O. Box 345 Fort Yates 58538. On the attached map, Sioux is located at E6. *Superintendent of Indian reservation.
