Sauk is a county in Wisconsin. It was formed in 1840 from the following counties: Crawford/Dane/Portage Sauk began keeping birth records in 1864, marriage records in 1844, and death records in 1876. It began keeping land records in 1844, probate records in 1847, and court records in 1844. For more information, contact the county at 505 Broadway, Baraboo 53913.
