Roger Mills is a county in Oklahoma. It was formed in 1892 from the following county/ies: Cheyenne-Arapaho Nations. Roger Mills began keeping birth records in 1908, marriage records in 1893, and death records in 1908. It began keeping land records in 1892, probate records in 1907, and court records in 1894.
