Rock is a county in Wisconsin. It was formed in 1836 from Milwaukee County. Rock began keeping birth records in 1856, marriage records in 1840, and death records in 1860. It began keeping land records in 1839, probate records in 1850, and court records in 1840. For more information, contact the county at 51 S. Main St., Janesville 53545.
