Riley is a county in Kansas. It was formed in 1855 from the following county/ies: original . Riley began keeping birth records in 1885'1909*' , marriage records in 1856, and death records in 1885'1909*' . It began keeping land records in 1857 , probate records in 1857 , and court records in 1859. For more information, contact the county at 110 Courthouse Plaza,Manhattan 66502-0125.
