Richland is a county in North Dakota. It was formed in 1873 (1875) from the following county/ies: unorganized/Pembina. Richland began keeping birth records in , marriage records in 1877, and death records in 1883*. It began keeping land records in 1873, probate records in 1873, and court records in 1873.
