Rice is a county in Minnesota. It was formed in 1853 (1855) from the following county/ies: Dakota/Wabasha. Rice began keeping birth records in 1870, marriage records in 1856, and death records in 1870. It began keeping land records in 1853, probate records in 1858, and court records in 1858.
