Pontotoc is a county in Oklahoma. It was formed in 1907 from the following county/ies: Chickasaw Nation. Pontotoc began keeping birth records in 1908, marriage records in 1907, and death records in 1908. It began keeping land records in 1906, probate records in 1906, and court records in 1907.
