Polk is a county in Oregon. It was formed in 1845 from the following county/ies: Yamhill District. Polk began keeping birth records in 1903, marriage records in 1848, and death records in 1903. It began keeping land records in 1851, probate records in 1847, and court records in 1846. For more information, contact the county at 850 Main St., Dallas 97338.
