Otter Tail is a county in Minnesota. It was formed in 1858 (1870) from the following county/ies: Cass/Pembina/*Stearns/*Crow Wing/*Douglas. Otter Tail began keeping birth records in 1871, marriage records in 1869, and death records in 1871. It began keeping land records in 1867, probate records in 1872, and court records in 1871.
