Osceola is a county in Iowa. It was formed in 1851 (1872) from the following county/ies: unorganized (Deleware/ Polk)/ *Woodbury|. Osceola began keeping birth records in 1880, marriage records in 1872, and death records in 1880. It began keeping land records in 1869, probate records in 1872, and court records in 1873.
