Orange is a county in Vermont. It was formed in 1781 from Cumberland and Gloucester counties, New York;later Cumberland. Land records are available from 1771'1952, Tax records from 1789'1847, and Misc. from 1770'81 (county only). Orange's probate records are available from 1792'present.
