Niobrara is a county in West Virginia. It was organized 1913, and created 1911 from Converse. Niobrara began keeping marriage records in 1889. It began keeping land records in 1883, probate records in 1913, and court records in 1911. For more information, contact the county at 424 S. Elm St., Lusk 82225.
